"I called State Farm to make a change to my auto insurance policy. I was ready with all of the paperwork. I was expecting an AI voice and instead I my call was answered promptly. To my surprise, the agent also knew who I was and had my account information. I was able to make the change quickly and easily. As a follow up I received an email confirmation. Great job!"
